Scout takes on the coordination, so you can focus on supporting the person who matters most.

We know how much is on your plate
You might be juggling work and your own family. You might live interstate, or be the sibling who ended up doing most of the organising. Meanwhile you’re managing aged care paperwork, keeping an eye on finances, and trying to make good decisions while emotions are running high.

And then there’s the house: a lifetime of belongings, a property that needs to be ready for market, and an important sale that may help fund their care. Doing it all yourself can feel impossible. You don’t have to.
Plan: Work out what needs to happen
We meet with your loved one and the family, assess the home, and prepare a written Property Transition Roadmap, so everyone knows what happens next and who’s responsible.
We coordinate the decluttering and downsizing, family distribution of belongings, valuations, donations and disposal. We also handle the repairs, gardening, cleaning and styling that get the home ready for market. You don’t have to find or supervise individual providers.

Scout isn’t the selling agent. We compare a shortlist of local agents on strategy and fees and give the family an independent recommendation. Then we manage the campaign alongside the chosen agent, through offers, exchange and settlement.
We coordinate removalists, packing and unpacking, storage and final clearance, and liaise with the aged care home or retirement village on move-in timing.
